All services are subject to availability, editorial review, website partner acceptance where applicable, and internal compliance checks. Break Read may accept, reject, pause, or cancel any request that appears unlawful, misleading, abusive, spam-related, defamatory, harmful, or inconsistent with business standards.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old to use the website or request services. By using the website or placing an order, the user confirms that they are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Orders and Quotes

A quote or discussion does not create a binding obligation until the order is confirmed by Break Read.

5. Editorial and Compliance Review

All guest post submissions, link insertion requests, URLs, and related materials may be manually reviewed for editorial suitability, legal risk, content quality, spam indicators, policy compliance, and publication feasibility. Break Read does not guarantee acceptance by every publisher, website, or media partner.

Break Read may reject or remove content requests involving prohibited or high-risk categories, including illegal activity, adult material where restricted, hate content, malware, plagiarism, misleading claims, gambling restrictions where applicable, counterfeit goods, or any topic that could create legal, ethical, or reputational issues.

6. Content Responsibility

The client remains solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and authorization of all submitted content, links, target pages, claims, trademarks, and materials. By submitting content or instructions, the client represents that they have all required rights and permissions.

Break Read is not responsible for losses arising from false, unauthorized, infringing, or misleading material supplied by a client. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Break Read and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from submitted materials or instructions.

7. Payments

Break Read generally issues invoices and may collect payment through Stripe, PayPal, HDFC Bank transfer methods, UPI, or other agreed payment methods. Services may begin only after payment confirmation, partial advance payment, or another mutually agreed arrangement.

The client is responsible for any transaction charges, currency conversion costs, intermediary banking costs, tax obligations, or platform fees unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment on time may result in delayed work, suspension, or cancellation of the order.

8. Delivery and Performance

Estimated turnaround times are indicative only and may change based on editorial review, website owner response times, revisions, technical issues, public holidays, force majeure events, or matters outside direct control. Break Read will use reasonable efforts to complete services within the discussed timeframe but does not guarantee fixed publishing dates unless expressly agreed.

Publication placements may later be edited, moved, deindexed, nofollowed, relabeled, archived, or removed by third-party publishers or website owners. Break Read is not responsible for later changes made by third-party websites after delivery unless a separate replacement guarantee has been expressly agreed in writing.

9. Revisions and Communication

Clients must review deliverables promptly and communicate any concerns within a reasonable period after delivery. Minor corrections may be considered where the final output materially differs from the confirmed order scope.

Additional revisions, changed URLs, changed anchor text, rewritten instructions, or new requirements after confirmation may result in revised pricing, delays, or the need for a new order.

10. Refunds and Disputes

Refund handling is governed by the Break Read Refund Policy, which should be read together with these Terms and Conditions. Order verification, fraud checks, service disputes, and payment review procedures may be applied before approving refunds, replacements, or credits.

Chargebacks or payment disputes should not be initiated without first contacting Break Read to seek resolution. Break Read reserves the right to provide order records, communications, invoices, and delivery evidence to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.

11. Intellectual Property
